Keith Sullivan
Co-founder
Keith Sullivan is a dedicated loan officer and a proud veteran of the US Air Force, having been honorably discharged in 2017. After his time in the Air Force, he transitioned into sales, but it wasn’t until he found his niche in the mortgage field that he truly felt fulfilled in his professional life. Motivated by a desire to serve something greater than himself, Keith’s military service laid the foundation for his commitment to helping start Mission: Welcome Home.

Outside of his professional life, Keith is deeply involved in the local hockey community, an avid golfer, and is a daily gym goer. These passions not only keep him physically active but also help him stay mentally sharp and aligned with the values of Mission: Welcome Home.
US Army Veteran
Kal Carter
Loan Officer Assistant
My MOS, or job, in the Army was 74D. I served as a Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) specialist. CBRN specialists are responsible for protecting the country from CBRN weapons of mass destruction and ensuring the safety of troops during combat. We mostly tested and decontaminated buildings, caves, and other areas for Radiation and biological chemicals. We setup decontamination stations for fellow soldiers who were exposed to these threats and also used the stations for preventative measures as well. I was stationed at Fort Bragg mostly where I trained SF, Special Forces, units to detect, monitor and decontaminate areas with these threats.
Today, in his spare time, he works with a non-profit organization called the Dallas Stars Warriors and the Lonestar Warriors building relationships and brotherhood through the game of ice hockey. Before serving in the Army Kal earned a living in sales for a high end A/V company called Control4 and also assisted with installations. 7 years consecutively earning the TOP Sales Rep badge in the company. When I asked Kal about what he loves most about Mission; Welcome Home he said, “Helping his brothers and sister’s no question. It gives me the opportunity to continue to serve in a way. It’s a way to be there for them even though I’m no longer active.” Kal rounds out the 3 headed monster team of mortgage officers that are only a part of what Mission: Welcome Home does for veterans.
